There are Some Unbelievable Deals Out There!

After going for a run this morning, I noticed how many listings there are coming on the market in San Francisco.  And my stockbroker always tells me to buy low and sell high, well people, this is the time!  In the City, there are some great deals to be had.  Sure, the pretty, well located and completely done done done places are still selling in record time at record prices, but there are those others which can be had a great deal.  We all have to keep in mind that the real estate market, like other markets, is cyclical in nature and this is the time we should be adding to our portfolio, buying that long awaited first home or moving up or down.  You’ll thank yourself in a couple of years, especially with San Francisco properties.
