Despite all the Doom and Gloom in the Media, Do you Know………

…………..that the San Francisco real estate market is alive and well?  I have talked to many lenders who do business in San Francisco and mortgage loans are aplenty, as long as you have some money down and decent credit.  Listen, the demand is still out there.  We had over 140 people at one open house this weekend alone!  So I hope everyone who is listening to the media is taking everything with a grain of salt — especially in the San Francisco market.  If you would like more information, call us!
