Invest in Foreclosures!

Chris and Terry have been designated as one the few San Francisco agents to receive Countrywide REO listings (i.e., foreclosed properties) by Countrywide Home Loans.  We are receiving listings in San Francisco and Oakland, some of which could turn out to be pretty good deals.  With the San Francisco market slowing somewhat and the Oakland market really slowing, this is a great time to think about investing and adding real estate to your overall portfolio.  Remember, buy low and sell high!  Call us for details.
